The Role:
Elusav Recruitment have a very exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join one of Europe's leading Engineering contractors on a large construction project in Leixlip, Kildare.
As the Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company's Owned and Hired Vehicles on our European projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with the Business unit FTP buyers and Project personal to ensure all Fleet is managed correctly.
- Creating requisitions for vehicle hire.
- Ability to liaise with vendors.
- Creating service entries for Vehicle hire.
- Maintain Fleet Trackers for each project.
- Manage all fleet Service for projects in Europe.
- Issuing Traffic Fines to the responsible individuals.
- Ensuring all vehicles insurance is kept up to date.
- Ensuring all vehicle are certified to be road worthy.
- General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, faxing etc.
- General office management duties associated with this role.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Fleet management.
- Strong administration skills.
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
