The Role:
Elusav Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Telecoms Project Manager based in Gavle, Sweden with one of Europe's most reputable contractors.
As the Telecom PM you'll be responsible for comprehensive oversight of construction projects, including managing site safety and quality assurance, coordinating project schedules and costs, overseeing day-to-day site operations, and ensuring effective communication with subcontractors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fully Understand and Manage client expectations and specifications of Telecommunications Infrastructure Cabling on the Project.
- Management of all day-to-day site operations including Safety & Quality
- Management of Project Schedule
- Management of all costs associated with Project including: Labour; Material; Plant and Equipment; Variations; Valuations.
- Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels.
- Attendance at Site Meetings, with client and internal team.
- Develop and implement company procedures with the team.
- Ensure change management is handled correctly (Cost & Programme).
- Close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan – all with the Support of your Project team.
- All other duties associated with this role.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience working in similar role.
- Extensive experience of Telecommunications Infrastructure Cabling
- Essential to be able to travel freely between European countries.
- Telecoms Industry Certification desirable.
