Elusav Recruitment are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer with an established and highly respected contractor on a Data Center project in Frankfurt. In this role, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for contributing to complex and innovative electrical engineering projects.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate on large-scale, diverse projects and be empowered to make independent decisions, take initiative, and actively engage in problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of design calculations on industry standard software for a variety of buildings.
- Review of drawings and specifications.
- Representing Client at meetings with other clients and consultants.
- Report writing.
- Maintaining records and archives to company standards.
- Site surveys and inspections.
- Manage own workload and workload of others.
- Monitor site works.
- Assist in preparing and managing the scope of work for Clients sub-consultants.
- Raise RFI's and technical submittals during Electrical design development.
- Review the development of established standard details and specifications.
- Technical responsibility for Quality associated with design deliverables.
- Review of electrical submissions.
- Ensure consistency of approach across packages.
- Provide site support and guidance to our construction team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum BEng or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related subject
- Experience of working within a contractor environment / design consultancy is desirable.
- High level of technical skill in Electrical Building Services is essential.
- Good level of computer literacy in Windows, Amtech, Relux, Dialux,AutoCad and Microsoft packages - an understanding of Revit and BIM360 is beneficial.
