The Role:
Elusav Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join a prominent international engineering contractor located based on a pharma project in Geel Belgium. The company are MEP contractors ont he project.
The Mechanical Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating mechanical construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare relevant reports.
- Management of Design Consultants and Building Contractors.
- Provide solutions and cost projections.
- Management of Site Design and Construction processes.
- Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors.
- To manage and drive a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure project profitability.
- Commissioning projects.
- Reporting on construction progress.
- All other duties associated with this role.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years as a Mechanical Construction Manager.
- Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process.
- A trade background or a relevant third level qualification.
- Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects.
