The Role:

Elusav Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious engineering contractor, one of the largest and most respected in Ireland.

They are currently seeking a Surveyor to join their team on a high-profile industrial project based in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.As a Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate setting out, verification and recording of building elements throughout the construction process. Working closely with the site management and engineering teams, you will utilise the latest surveying technology and digital construction methods to support the successful delivery of the project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out precise setting out of building elements in accordance with construction drawings.
  • Perform ongoing surveys to verify the spatial accuracy of installations throughout construction.
  • Generate survey information from project digital models and construction data.
  • Complete as-built surveys of finished installations.
  • Produce daily reports detailing surveying activities and completed works.
  • Verify completed installations comply with specified construction tolerances.
  • Undertake reality capture using 3D laser scanning technology.
  • Process survey data and produce outputs for use by the project team.
  • Ensure all surveying activities are carried out in accordance with site health and safety requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) in Surveying, Geomatics or Civil Engineering.
  • 2–3 years' experience in a construction surveying role.
