The Role:

Elusav Recruitment have a very exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join one of Europe's leading Engineering contractors on a large construction project in Leixlip, Kildare.

As the Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company's Owned and Hired Vehicles on our European projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Business unit FTP buyers and Project personal to ensure all Fleet is managed correctly.
  • Creating requisitions for vehicle hire.
  • Ability to liaise with vendors.
  • Creating service entries for Vehicle hire.
  • Maintain Fleet Trackers for each project.
  • Manage all fleet Service for projects in Europe.
  • Issuing Traffic Fines to the responsible individuals.
  • Ensuring all vehicles insurance is kept up to date.
  • Ensuring all vehicle are certified to be road worthy.
  • General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, faxing etc.
  • General office management duties associated with this role.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Fleet management.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
