The Role:

Elusav Recruitment are delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for an ELV Project Manager within one of world's most reputable and largest Engineering contractors, based in Frankfurt, Germany.

As a ELV Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Electrical Project Manager and supports delivery of all ELV & ICT Systems scope elements that are assigned to you.
  • Engineering & design coordination: review IFC/design drawings/specs, raise/track RFIs and technical queries`, support BIM coordination to produce construction/fabrication drawings and isometrics.
  • Safety & QA: contribute to RAMS/method statements and permit-to-work packages.,
  • Planning & progress: align engineering tasks with the project schedule`, prepare take-offs and the Engineering Materials Report (EMR)`, track procurement/submittals and field-need dates to avoid delays.
  • Site supervision: oversee contractors’ installation quality for ICT & AV infrastructure, BMS/DCOS systems, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Fire Radio link systems, Physical Security Systems, Controls containment and cable management; verify materials/workmanship and code/spec compliance.
  • ELV systems scope (mission-critical): ICT & .
  • Reporting: issue weekly engineering progress and risk updates (WBS % complete, late deliveries/design shortages, third-party holds)`, escalate unresolved constraints to the Electrical PM.
  • ELV, ICT & Data Centre Installations: Ensure system designs and installations comply with IEC 60364 safety principles, structured cabling standards ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and installation practices IEC 14763‑2 / EN 50174. Ensure TIA‑568, TIA‑569, TIA‑607, and TIA‑942 for ICT and data centre infrastructure requirements are applied, and ensure any relevant panels, racks, or assemblies meet EN/IEC 61439.
  • Fire alarm integration: coordinate with DIN 14675 requirements where electrical works interface with fire detection and alarm systems.
  • Fire Alarm System Implementation: Oversee and supervise the installation, configuration, functional testing, and commissioning of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems to ensure full compliance with DIN 14675 and local authorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years previous experience in Project Management.
  • Experience working with a Mechanical/Electrical contractor, experience with ELV systems to include security, mechanical systems.
  • Proven record of co-ordinating and managing projects.
  • Strong Electrical experience.
  • A trade background.
