The Highlights:
The Role:
Elusav are hiring an Electrical Project Manager for one of our clients, a leading Engineering contractor in Europe, for a Data Center project in Mons, Belgium.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are being met.
- Develop and administer quality control provisions; liaise on project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.
- Track and report at weekly client update meetings.
- Liaise with the Commercial team to ensure contracts, purchase orders, payment certs and change orders are issued in accordance with company policies.
- Creation of installed drawings and O&M Manuals.
- Planning of all resources including labour, material and sub-contractors.
- Manager and drive a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure processing of requisitions, generation of purchase orders and delivery to site is done in a timely manner.
- Must have a detailed knowledge of Electrical systems and equipment including UPS, STS, EPMS, BMS, Generators, Busbar systems and PDU's.
Job Requirements:
- A trade and/or relevant third qualification - 5-10 years previous experience in Project Management.
- Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large installation projects.
- Experience dealing with IR issues.
- Experience in design and build.
- Good Technical Knowledge of Electrical systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
