The Role:

Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Document Controller to join one of Europe's most well respected Engineering contractors, based in Dublin.

The Document Controller will join the pre-construction team and will be responsible for the document control of multiple projects, alongside implementing information management procedures with the tendering department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and log incoming information to the department with our bid coordination team, including tender documents, events and meetings.
  • Coordinate and log outgoing communications from the department, including tender submission.
  • Set up the tender projects on our information management platforms.
  • Manage control of access to our information management platforms.
  • Produce key documents for tender information management such as document registers, contract document registers, tender close out reports.
  • Review documentation received and cross check them against the document registers.
  • Perform various administrative tasks within the department, such as SAP entries, requisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 information management standards.
  • Maintain standard of procedure documents for the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with document control in construction projects.
  • Knowledge of ISO19650 standards.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement.
  • Common data environment application skillset.
  • Knowledge of CRM solutions; Dynamisc, Salesforce etc.
